Qunnovera Technologies Book a call
Senior-only engineering studio

Software written by engineers who have already made the expensive mistakes.

Qunnovera is a full-stack studio with a hard floor: eight years of production experience, minimum, for every engineer who touches your code. No juniors behind senior CVs. No account manager between you and the build.

01 — Where we stand

We know the reputation we're working against.

We're an Indian studio selling to founders worldwise — many of whom have already paid for a rewrite of someone else's outsourced code. Pretending that history doesn't exist would be the least honest way to start.

So we compete on the opposite of it: fewer, more experienced people; written commitments instead of assurances; and working software in front of you every week so nothing is taken on faith.

What burned you
What we do
A senior sells the project, a junior builds it.
You meet the engineer who will write the code, on the first call, by name.
Weeks of silence, then a status update with no software attached.
A weekly demo of something running, plus a written report you can forward to your board.
A confident estimate, then a change order after the money is spent.
Estimates as ranges with assumptions listed. Scope changes priced and approved before work starts.
A handover that leaves you dependent on the vendor.
Your repos, your infrastructure, documented, from day one. Leaving us should be easy.
02 — What we build

Five things, done at senior level.

Anything outside this list, we'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better.

/01

Custom CRMs

Sales and operations systems shaped around how your team actually works, instead of a subscription you keep bending to fit.

.NET · Go · React
/02

Web apps & SaaS

Full-stack product work from first commit to paying customers — auth, billing, multi-tenancy and the unglamorous parts that decide whether you ship.

React · Svelte · Node.js
/03

Backends & APIs

High-throughput services with latency budgets, load tests and failure behaviour you can point to — not just a passing test suite.

Go · Node.js · Docker
/04

Platform & tooling

Complex backend systems, internal developer tooling and the CI, environments and observability that make a small team ship like a larger one.

Go · Docker · CI/CD
/05

Mobile apps

One cross-platform codebase, two platforms that feel native — with the animation and polish that usually gets cut from an outsourced build.

Flutter · Go APIs
03 — How we work

Six commitments. In writing, in the contract.

Transparency is easy to claim on a homepage, so we put ours where it costs us something: every one of these is an attachment to the statement of work, and every one is measurable.

If we miss one, you'll hear it from us first.

  1. 01
Estimates are ranges, with assumptions listed.
A single confident number is a sales tactic. You get low, likely, high — and what each one assumes.
  2. 02
    A working demo every week.
Software running in an environment you can click, not slides about software.
  3. 03
Scope changes are flagged before the work, never after.
Priced, written down, and started only once you've said yes.
  4. 04
You know which engineer is on your project.
Named in the contract. If they change, you're told before it happens, with a reason.
  5. 05
Bad news travels at the same speed as good news.
Slipped dates, wrong technical calls and dead ends appear in the weekly report, not at the deadline.
  6. 06
Your code and infrastructure are yours, continuously.
Your repos, your cloud accounts, documented as we go. Walking away from us should take a day, not a quarter.
04 — The artifact

You get this before your Monday standup.

One page. What shipped, what's next, what went wrong, hours against estimate, and anything that changes the plan. Written by the engineer, not summarised by a manager.

Below is a real format, filled with example data — this is exactly the shape you'd receive.

SHIPPED THIS WEEK
+ Usage metering service, deployed to staging
+ Stripe webhook retries with idempotency keys
+ Invoice PDF generation (demo link in email)
DIDN'T GO TO PLAN
– Proration logic took 6h longer than estimated; the tax rounding rules were more involved than the spec suggested. Absorbed, not billed.
SCOPE CHANGE — NEEDS YOUR APPROVAL BEFORE MONDAY
Multi-currency invoicing wasn't in the SOW. Adds an estimated 18–26h. We have not started it. Say the word and we will.
NEXT WEEK
→ Dunning emails, plan upgrades, load test at 500 rps

05 — Stack

A deliberately short list.

Deep in a few technologies beats shallow in twenty. If your problem needs something we don't do well, we'll say so.

Services
Go · Node.js · .NET

Go where throughput and predictable latency matter. Node where the ecosystem saves you weeks. .NET where the business already lives there.

Interfaces
React · Svelte

React for large products and teams that will hire around it. Svelte when the interface should be small, fast and quiet.

Mobile
Flutter

One codebase for iOS and Android, with enough control over rendering to make it feel designed rather than ported.

Delivery
Docker · CI/CD

Reproducible environments and a pipeline your own team can run on day one. No machine that only we can build on.

06 — Who you get

Small team. Named people. No bench.

Qunnovera is new as a studio; the engineers in it are not. We're not publishing a wall of stock photos to look bigger than we are — you'll meet the actual person on your intro call, with their real background and the work they've shipped.

Being straight with you

We don't have a case-study page yet. What we can do is walk you through our code, our architecture decisions and our reasoning in detail — which tells you more than a logo grid anyway.

8+
Years, minimum

Production experience, not total time in the industry. It's the hiring floor and it doesn't move.

1–3
Engineers per project

Enough to move fast, few enough that everyone holds the whole system in their head.

0
Layers between you

You talk to the person writing the code. There is no delivery manager translating.

4h+
Daily overlap, US

Full working-day overlap with the UK and EU; mornings ET for US clients. Written into the contract.

07 — Start here

One call. An honest read on your project.

Forty-five minutes with a senior engineer — not a salesperson. You'll leave with a rough range, the risks we can already see, and a straight answer on whether we're the right studio for it.

  • 01 You describe the problem; we ask the awkward questions.
  • 02 Within two working days: a written range with assumptions.
  • 03 If it's not a fit, we say so and suggest where to look instead.
